A book by Walter Campbell

About Author
Walter A. Campbell was born in March of 1943, in Jersey City, NJ during World War II while his dad, Walter Sr. was serving in the United States Marine Corp. Walter was one of five children.
Several years after the war the family moved to suburban New Jersey where he lived out his youth.
He attended Union College and following his first wife, Claire’s advice took a job with an upstart petroleum company. The company and his career grew, and he retired after 41 years of service, or as Walt jokingly refers to his tenure as 82 six-month probationary periods. His career took him to locations in the United States and the Caribbean, where he held management positions in accounting, finance, operations, and fire service where he rose to the rank of Fire Chief and then Incident Commander.
He also served as Treasurer for a k -12 private school and two economic development boards.
Currently, Walter and his wife Carol spend most of their time in Florida with summers in New Jersey.
Walter’s hobbies include painting and golf. Rescue is his first attempt at writing a novel.
